Circular wheel stalls are fabricated of 5/8 inch steel rod and are mounted on a 2 3/8 inch O.D. tubular frame which is mounted approximately 12 inch high. This unit is hot-dip galvanized for lasting appearance. Comes with surface mount to be permanent.
