The canopy is made with polyethylene fabric that is resistant to fading and is 80% waterproof. For northern or coastal areas it is recommended to add the optional glide elbow option which makes installing and removing the canopy from the steel frame easier. This canopy is not rated for snow loads or wind gusts higher than 93MPH, so to ensure years of quality use it should be removed during snowstorms and hurricanes. The heavy-duty steel frame is powder-coated for strength and durability. Available in an assortment of colored fabric and powdered finishes, this shade has no shortage of style options.
