Sleep Inhibitor for Table Seats

This sleep inhibitor is used for outdoor picnic tables and benches. Raise bar to apply to picnic table bench seats or park bench seats to deter vandalism. Many parks have problems deterring vandals who sleep on the tables and benches. This problem is addressed by simply bolting this devise across the middle of the bench. It works on the plastic coated tables such as T6RC, T8RC and B8WBRC benches.
